Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your access to and use of Indicode, the hosted MCP service operated by Orqent Labs. By creating an account, activating a license, or connecting Indicode to your coding agent, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Indicode on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

The Service

Indicode is a hosted Model Context Protocol service that gives your coding agent — such as Claude Code, Cursor, or any MCP-capable editor — the discipline of a senior engineer. It audits a repository across maturity levels L0–L4, serves engineering guidance and practices, and installs real configuration artifacts (guardrails, review gates, verification scaffolds) into your repository. Indicode serves guidance and installs config artifacts; it does not proxy or store the content of your prompts or your source code.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be legally capable of entering into a contract in your jurisdiction.

Subscription, fees, and the sealed license

  • Indicode is offered as a subscription at $5 per month (or the local-currency equivalent), billed in advance.
  • Each subscription includes a sealed, one-machine license: your license token is bound to a single machine fingerprint and may not be shared across devices or users.
  • Attempting to share, resell, circumvent, or reverse-engineer the license or device binding is a material breach and may result in immediate suspension.
  • Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are added where required.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the current paid period. Refund eligibility is described in full on our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use Indicode to build or operate anything unlawful, or to violate the rights of others.
  • Do not probe, scan, or disrupt the Service's security or availability.
  • Do not use automated means to evade quotas, rate limits, or the sealed license.

Intellectual property

Orqent Labs owns Indicode, including its guidance content, practice library, artifact templates, and brand. You retain all rights to your own source code and the repositories you work in. Artifacts that Indicode installs into your repository are licensed to you for use within your projects.

Disclaimers

Indicode improves the discipline of your coding agent, but it does not guarantee that generated or reviewed code is free of defects. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. You remain responsible for reviewing and testing anything you ship.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orqent Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified through the Service or by email, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
